What van will you get? |

Our standard van size is a minimum high top long wheel base Ford transit. Please do not hesitate to call us for advice on the size of van required. Luton vans are available please go to our price page for further details. |

Do I need to a pre-booking? |

NO! Whilst pre-booking is advised last minute bookings are also welcome (apart from peek hours Saturdays mornings) we can be with you within the hour. |

Is there are Stair Charge |

YES! there is minor floor charge depending on number of floors. |

Are we insured? |

Yes up to £25000 per load GIT insurance and Furniture removal insurance. |

Where are we based & do you charge for coming to you? |

NO ! We only start charging from the point of our arrival until completion of job. JREMOVALS have over 30 vans scatted in and around London, GPS tracked and linked via our dispatching software. Therefore, we ensure you get the van that is the closest to your location. |

How do we pay? |

. Please pay the driver in cash once the job is completed! The driver will issue a receipt if required. We do accept pre payment via credit card or direct transfer. |

Do we have to book for set period of time? |

NO! After our minimum charge for two hours, we charge for every half an hour and you can keep the van as long as you like! |

NO! We always charge what we quote! |

Can I travel in the van? |

YES! Two people can travel in the van free of charge. |

YES! We have never failed to turn up for a job. |

Will we be on time and what happens if we are late? |

JRemovals endeavour always to be on time! Delays sometimes might occur in which case we shall always call you to let you know. |

Do we have a cancellation policy? |

YES! Jobs cancelled within 24 hours notice of booking time not carry any cancellation charge. |

What happens if you are unhappy or have a complaint? |

We treat any complaint very seriously and will investigate it fully. All we ask for is to contact us either by phone or e-mail before you consider giving us any bad feedback. We are proud of our good reputation and will work very hard to resolve any dispute or complaint. |
